Information
The 2nd Annual Research Officers’ Forum 2010 is a unique platform for researchers and policy specialists in a variety of fields. The Government has a renewed focus on evidence-based policy and commitment to leverage research to facilitate policy making, planning and development. This requires linkages between policy research and successful implementation outcomes to be made. Bolstering evidence collection, analysis, interpretation and capability of policy business lines is essential to enhancing policy implementation and service delivery within our communities.
Building on last year’s success, this interactive forum will enable you to enhance your knowledge and performance through practical discussion about challenges and advances in research in an evidence-based policy environment. You will gain invaluable skills through case studies and expert sessions tailored to the development needs of researchers and policy specialists. Real life experiences will equip you with practical skills and knowledge while you network with your peers.
